Weekly Weigh in and Exercise Update 1

Well I am pleased to say after a week in which I had the biggest shock,(I really did not realise that my body fat was so high) I have stuck to the WW Propoints plan and done my 10,000 plus steps each day, even over the weekend when I am usually less active.

The result is I have lost 3.5 lbs, so I am now 12st 8lbs. This is the first time in years that I have not strayed when following a diet plan and I can honestly say I have not been hungry on any of the days.
