As it is Monday it is get on the scales day and I am pleased to say I have lost another 2 lbs so I am now 12st 6lbs on my bathroom scales. I have also managed to do at least 10,000 steps each day. In fact on Friday I did nearly 16,000 so a good amount of brisk walking done over the last week. I also managed to stay on diet plan all week and again did not feel hungry. Total Weight Loss so far 5.5 lbs. I have also gone 14 days with no chocolate which is my problem food.
